产品设计任务聚类模型可以降低设计任务间的耦合程度,提高设计效率,缩短产品设计周期.为了挖掘设计任务之间的相互影响,首先分析了产品设计任务模型的特点,然后提出了应用有向图和可达矩阵对设计任务进行耦合聚类划分,并应用层级算法进行层次划分,得出设计任务之间的内在联系.最后,应用某型号减速器的设计任务实例验证该聚类优化方法的可行性和有效性,计算结果表明该方法可以快速建立设计任务之间的耦合层次关系,解决设计任务的迭代问题,优化设计过程.
The clustering model can reduce the degree of coupling between the product design tasks. Thereby it effectively improves the design effwiency and shortens product design cycles.In order to unearth the interaction between design tasks, the characteristics of product design tasks model is analyzed firstly. The clustering of design tasks is partitioned with directed graph and reachable matrix. And the layers of hierarchy algorithm is applied to obtain the inner link between design tasks. Finally, a real world reducer is used as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the clustering optimization method. The results show that this method can solve the coupling between the hierarchies and iteration of the design tasks and optimize the design process.
