研究以功能结构为准则的基于力流分析的产品再设计方法。首先应用活动图对产品的操作过程进行分析,然后应用力流图对操作实现建模,同时建立产品的功能结构模型,明确零部件和相互间交界面,分析零件之间的相对运动特性和可组合性,在不影响产品功能前提下改变零件之间的连接类型以减少零件数量,从而实现产品的再设计,并以订书机的再设计过程为例验证了该方法的有效性。
A method for product redesign based on force flow analysis has been proposed.By means of this method,the operations of the product are first analyzed with the activity diagram and then modeled with the force flow diagram.Meanwhile,the functional and structural model of the product is established to identify parts and their interfaces and analyze the characteristics of relative motion and configurability of different parts so as to change the type of connection between parts and reduce the number of parts without affecting product functionality.In this way,the product is redesigned.The method has been verified by the example of stapler redesign.
