人参稀有皂苷生物转化菌株的筛选及其鉴定

对11种微生物转化人参中的人参皂苷进行了研究,选择直接发酵和酸处理后发酵两种方法,筛选到了生物转化优良菌株GY06.经形态学和ITS序列测定,GY06属于青霉属,且认为是接近于扩展青霉Penicilli—umexpansum.探讨了扩展青霉发酵人参浸出物的方法,先用1mol/LHCl水解2~4h,再利用扩展青霉发酵酸水解后的人参浸出物,结果部分人参皂苷转化为Rh2.

英文摘要:

The biotransformation of ginsenosides in the Panax ginseng by 11 kinds of microorganisms was studied using direct fermentation, acidic treatment and fermentation. The strain GY06 for biotransformation of ginsenosides was identified by colony morphology and ITS sequences. The GY06 was belonged to the family Penicillium, and the closest phylogenetie relative was Peniciilium e:cpansum. We discussed the method of Panax ginseng fermented by Penicillium expansum. Firstly, hydrolysis with 1 mol/L HCl at 90 ℃ for 2 to 4 hours. And then, fermentation with Penicillium expansum. The result showed that some ginsenoside was conversed to Rh2.
