使用高冷冻速率和低浓度冷冻保护液来实现卵母细胞的玻璃化冷冻保存是目前卵母细胞低温保存的主要发展方向。文中选择四种具有代表性的用于卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻的方法:弹射法、OPS法、QMC法和Cryotop法,通过对它们传热特点的分析以及动态温度场分布的模拟计算,找出冷冻速率最高的方法。结果表明,Cryotop法的传热性能优于其它三种方法;在相同的初始温度(288K)和终了温度(77K)的条件下,Cryotop法的细胞平均冷冻速率高于其它三种方法的细胞平均冷冻速率;随着冷源温度的降低,各方法的冷冻速率都有所提高,而Cryotop法的细胞冷冻速率的增加高于其他三种方法的冷冻速率的增加。
Using high freezing rate and low concentration of cryoprotectants to achieve oocyte vitrification is a major development in oocyte cryopreservation field.In this paper,four typical methods for ultra-rapid oocytes freezing including ejection method,OPS method,QMC method and Cryotop method were discussed and the heat-transfer processes of them were simulated.The results showed the heat transfer characteristic of the Cryotop was better than the other three methods.At the same initial temperature(288K) and the end temperature(77K) conditions,the average freezing rate of Cryotop was higher than the other three methods.With the decrease of the temperature of cold source,the freezing rates of four methods increased and the increase of Cryotop was greater than the other three methods.
