实地测量了巢湖水体的表观光学特性和固有光学特性,利用可测量的4个水面以上表观光学特性计算水面以下辐照度比R(0-)值.根据巢湖水体的固有光学特性分析R(0-)的光谱特征,发现波长624nm附近藻胆素及706nm附近叶绿素a的吸收峰在R(0-)光谱上特征明显.利用生物光学模型拟合了R(0-)与水体的吸收散射系数之间的关系.结果表明,系数f随不同光学类型水体和光照条件的变化而变化.
The apparent optical properties (AOPs) and the inherent optical properties in Chaohu Lake were measured, and the irradiance reflectance just under the water surface R(0-) was calculated using the four measured AOPs above the water surface. Adsorption peak ofphycobilin at 624nm and chlorophyll-a at 706nm were identified in the spectra of R(0-). The bio-optical model was used to describe the relationship between R(0-) and the inherent optical properties of water in Chaohu Lake. The coefficientfchanged with the variation of water body optical types and lights.
