土壤腐殖酸的光谱学特征及其影响因素

利用紫外-可见和荧光光谱研究土壤中腐殖酸的光谱特性.结果显示,富里酸在0—45mg·l^-1浓度范围内,其浓度与荧光强度呈线性正相关,浓度大于45mg·l^-1时,二者的线性关系趋弱,非线性关系明显.pH值对荧光强度有显著的影响,酸性条件下荧光强度随pH值的增大而增强,pH值在4.5—10之间的变化不显著,在中性和碱性条件下有较高的荧光强度,当pH值超过10以后有所减弱.荧光光谱在酸性条件下呈现一定程度的蓝移,碱性条件下则呈现红移.

英文摘要:

UV-visible and fluorescence spectroscopies were used to study the spectroscopic characteristics of soil humics. Results showed that the concentration had significant effect on the fluorescence intensity of fulvic acid (FA) . Fluorescence intensity had significant linear relationship with concentrations in the range of 0-45 mg·l^-1, while linear relation became less significant and nonlinear relation got more obvious when concentration was higher than 45mg·l^-1. pH value also played an important role for fluorescence intensity. Fluorescence intensity increased with the increasing of pH value under acidic condition and decreased with the rising of pH value in alkaline solution when pH 〉 10. However, in the range of 4. 5-10, the pH value had little effect on fluorescence intensity. A blue shift and a red shift were observed for fluorescence spectroscopy in acidic solution and alkaline solution, respectively.
