From May 2004 to May 2006, the postnatal growth and behavioral change of the Scotophilus kuhlii pups were examined in the laboratory. We measured their body mass, head and body length, forearm length, length of third digit metacarpal, tibia length, hindfoot length, and ear length termly, modeled for the morpholog-ical parameters with linear regression approach. Their development of skull and teeth, as well as the changes of behavior were studied also in the different growth periods.
