英文摘要：

The function modes of patent alliance enhancing enterprise independent innovation capability are analyzed from alliance motivation, cooperative method, and achievement form based on empirical data of Zhejiang enterprises. The empirical resuits show that the motivation for improving technology and product competitive advantage has a positive effect on the enhancement of enterprise independent innovation capability, there is an obvious positive relevance between the result for enhancing enterprise independent innovation capability and the cooperative methods, such as technic plus technology and joint R＆D institutions, the achievement form of market integration, technical integration, and proprietary integration plays an obvious role in the development of patent alliance activities. And government policy measures are needed in order to bring patent alliance into play, patent alliance would ensure to effectively enhance enterprise independent innovation capability under the impetus of government policies.
