当前浙江企业的主体性地位程度较低,企业没有真正成为产学研合作的主体。在产学研合作中,浙江企业仅在某些方面具有一定的主导权,在产业化、研发决策、研发投资等方面具有一定的主体意识,但整体来讲并没有形成有效的主体氛围,难以有效地促进产学研合作活动的高效开展。因此,需要进一步强化企业在产学研合作中的作用,通过有效的措施加以引导和推动企业成为真正的产学研合作主体。

Through empirical analysis,we could find that Zhejiang firms＇ did not really become the main body of industry-university-research collaboration.Within industry-university-research collaboration,Zhejiang firms had certain leadership right in the field of industrialization,RD decision-making,RD investment and so on.But there didn＇t form main body status on the whole,which made that Zhejiang firms couldn＇t effectively promote industry-university-research collaboration activities.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen firms＇ role within industry-university-research collaboration,and make effective measures to guide and promote firms become the real main body of industry-university-research collaboration.
