针对学术界和政策决策部门对综合技术服务业关注较少的现状，为了深入认识其产业特性及促进其发展，应用投入产出模型中的三类核心指标，定量分析了综合技术服务业的产业关联性。计算初始投入结构系数、中间需求率和中间投入率、前后联系效应系数，结果表明，综合技术服务业具有知识密集性和劳动密集性特征；作为生产资料的特点很明显，更多地为生产者服务；属于“低附加值、高带动能力”产业，对上游产业具有较强的带动能力；逐步演变为中间产品型产业；前后联系效应都较强、且都存在明显上升趋势。比较第三产业各部门的前后联系效应系数，结果表明，综合技术服务业是对国民经济推动力和带动力都较强的服务业，在第三产业中具有较高的地位。

英文摘要：

According to the situation of academic circles and policy decision sectors showing less concern for comprehensive technology service, in order to know the industry characteristics of it and promote it devepoment, industry relevancy of comprehensive technology service is quantitatively analysed by three kinds of key index of input-output model. By calculating primary input coefficients, intermediate demand ratios and intermediate input ratios, forward induction effect coefficients and backward diffusion effect coefficients, the results indicate that comprehensive technology service owns characteristics of intensive knowledge and intensive labor; owns characteristic of production factor, and serves mainly for manufacturer; is the industry of ＂additional value low, driving capacity high＂, and owns higher driving capacity to upper industries; gradually becomes intermediate product industry; forward induction effect and backward diffusion effect of it are all big, and they all have tendency of becoming bigger. By acomparisions of forward induction effect coefficients and backward diffusion effect coefficients of all tertiary industry sectors, the results indicate that comprehensive technology service is a bigger motive force and bigger driving force industry, is on higer status in tertiary industry.
