During the late 1980s and 1990s in Taiwan,especially after the lifting of martial law,more and more people began to care about the community that they live in.This touched off the so-called construction of the whole community there.Up to now,the construction of the whole community in Taiwan has quick effect on the development of Taiwan.It has played a particularly important role in the improvement of the people’s life in Taiwan.Today under the background of economic and social globalization,the success and continuation of the constructing model for the whole community in Taiwan is of important reference value for the construction of the new rural areas carried out by the mainland.
