明清以来清水江一带以其优越的自然条件成为我国杉木的产地之一,木材贸易的繁盛使当地出现了大量的林契文书。通过对加池村姜绍烈老人家文书的梳理以及与多位村民进行的访谈,了解了清朝以来加池村林权的变动情况。通过对这一变动情况的研究,可以借鉴以前林权管理的经验,以不断完善现今我国的林权制度。
英文摘要：
Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Qingshui River area, with its superior natural conditions, has become one of the producing area of Chinese fir. The flourishing of the timber trade has created a large number of forestry contracts. By sorting out the forestry documents of Jiang Shaolie from Jiachi village and the interviews with some villagers, this paper gets a general alteration of forestry property of Jiachi village since the Qing Dynasty. The study of this alteration can help us to improve the forestry property system of our country by drawing lessons from former experiences of forestry property management.
