In order to know the social order of Qingshuijiang River basin deeply, this article starts with the effects of standard and restriction of the folk files in Jiachi village, then mainly analyses how the village is to run by observing and studying the change of the folk files and the change reasons in the social context; also explores how the village is to deal with social events based on local folk files.
