主动人际策略下的信任治理

信任的治理问题,即通过某种形式或机制设计深层次影响和塑造可信行为及其动机,正受到越来越多的关注。文章首先在综述信任研究的基础上,界定了信任治理的内涵并探讨了信任治理的机理;然后介绍了主动人际策略对信任治理研究的启示;接着详细阐述了主动人际策略下信任治理"微观"机制设计的新思路。旨在超越控制培育信任的传统方法,基于内涵更加丰富的主动人际策略,从个体心理和行为层面,开启信任治理更为微观的研究视角。

英文摘要:

The deep-level governing problem of trust,which includes some kind of format or institute designing and impressive trust be-havior or incentive,has been noticed by more and more people.This article first gives the definition of trust governance based on the definition of governance.Then,it provides an analysis about the active in-terpersonal strategy,which shows a strong illumination;furthermore,the paper discusses the detailed governing mechanism concerning active interpersonal strategy.The paper aims at providing the "micromechanism" designing thought from the individual psychological and behavior level,so that it can transcend the traditional way of trust being fostered,and take the basis of active interpersonal strategy.This paper concludes that highlevel trust governance is to govern by doing nothing,but active interpersonal strategy could double work in trust governance.That is to say,trust governance is an important and newly research field,and is also a necessary route of organizational promotion from human control to selfcontrol.This paper defines trust governance based on the nature of governance,and proposes the micro design approach from the perspective of active interpersonal strategy,have a great breakthrough of traditional approach by way of institution and control fostering trust.In sum,trust governance gives a newly research way about trust.Interpersonal threat control strategy could understand and drop a hint about others’ cognitive risk.Emotional management led the positive evaluation and understanding with the help of emotion exhibition.Active trust could excite trust by virtue of active express friendship.Such three active interpersonal strategies enable the manager to ex-plore the situational confidence from the micro individual level,and facilitate the micro-mechanism designing so that we could get the satisfied trust.Furthermore,trust governance could initiate the innovation performance of individual,and push the interpersonal trust development and evolution.The newly thought of trus
