On the basis of existing literature of regional industry-university-research collaboration,this paper starts from the perspective of enterprise’s external knowledge network capability and focus on the promotion tacit of regional industry-university-research collaboration.Finally,according to the analysis level of inter-region,intra-region,knowledge network and corporate respectively,the paper proposes some approaches including the identifying institutional environment of different regions and achieving interactive innovation,scanning external knowledge sources to determine members of the cooperative network,determining the network structure and network position and cultivating the quality of inter-organizational situations,nurturing corporate culture and team management skills and enhancing knowledge preservation and absorptive capacity.
