设计一种面包生产中面团冷藏、解冻和发酵一体化的控制系统。研究控制系统的工作机理和电气、电子原理,设计电路,编写控制程序,实现生面团造型之后的冷藏、解冻、发酵三道工序一体化控制。控制系统人机界面友好,使用方便。实践证明,控制系统具备高的工作可靠性,克服了短时间停电影响产品交付的缺陷,提高了面包行业制作的自动化水平。
A control system was designed which could freeze, unfreeze and ferment the dough. The working principle, electrical principle, circuit were studied, and programmed the control program. This system could process the refrigeration, unfreeze and fermentation in sequence automatically. Even when the power supply was interrupt- ed for a short time, this system could recover and the product would be finished on time, and could improve the automatic level for bread making industry.
