针对聚乳酸材料的桌面3D打印应用工艺问题,对聚乳酸材料的桌面型3D打印应用进行了研究,阐述了聚乳酸材料桌面型3D打印的过程,对比了不同层厚设置对加工时间及精度的影响,提出了精度、时间及常用的3种模式下3D打印成型工艺规律表。通过利用工艺表,完成了部分几何难度各异的产品3D打印。针对聚乳酸材料性能的缺陷,归纳了目前常用的改性方法,指出了复合技术简单易行,能有效地提高聚乳酸力学性能并改善其耐热性。研究结果表明,所提出的工艺参数表能有效指导聚乳酸材料的桌面3D打印应用,复合技术是可靠的聚乳酸材料改性方法。
Aiming at desktop 3D printing application process issues of PLA,PLA material desktop 3D printing applications was studied,describes the process of PLA material desktop 3D printing,comparing the different layer thicknesses set time and precision machining influence,proposed under accuracy,time and three common model 3D printing process table. The table was used to form different products. Aiming at defects in material properties of PLA,the most commonly used method for modifying was summarized. And described composite technology is simple,could effectively improve the mechanical properties of PLA and to improve its heat resistance. The results indicate that the proposed technical parameters table can effectively guide the PLA material Desktop 3D printing applications,the composite technology is a reliable method of PLA material modification.
