随着我国工业化进程的加快,工业设备的抗震问题越来越受到重视,而工业设备地震破坏等级划分,与建(构)筑物地震破坏等级划分一样,可作为震后地震现场震害调查、灾害损失评估、烈度评定、工业设备安全鉴定以及震害预测和设备修复等工作的基础,因此,对其研究具有非常现实和重要的意义。根据以往工业设备的震害经验、设备自身的特性和震后对企业造成的影响程度等将工业设备划分为3类,参照《建(构)筑物地震破坏等级划分》(GB/T24335—2009)、《生命线工程地震破坏等级划分》(GBIT24336—2009)、《石油化工企业设备地震破坏等级划分标准》(SH3050—94)、《石油化工工程地震破坏鉴定标准》(SH/T3135—2003),并结合工业设备在日常使用过程中损坏的评定方法以及国内外有关工业设备抗震性能、震害分析和设备遭受地震后破坏程度的研究成果,对各类工业设备提出了较为科学合理的地震破坏等级划分。
With the acceleration of industrialization process in our country, the seismic problems of the industrial equipment have attracted more and more attention. Like the classification of earthquake damage to buildings and special structures, the classification of earthquake damage to industrial equipment could be used as the basis in many aspects, such as seismic damage investigation after earthquakes, disaster loss evaluation, intensity assessment, safe appraisal and seismic disaster prediction & equipment reparation of industrial equipment, and so on. Therefore to study the classification of earthquake damage to industrial equipment is of great realistic and important significance. In this paper, the industrial equipments were divided into three types per past experience of industrial equipment damage, equipment characteristic and the effects on "Classification of Earthquake Damage to Buildings and Special Structures of Earthquake Damage to Lifeline Engineering (GB/T 24336 -2009 ) enterprises after earthquakes. Referring to ( GB/T 24335 - 2009 ) ", "Classification ", "Standard of Grade Classification of Earthquake Damage for Petrochemical Industrial Equipments (SH 3050 -94 )", "Authentication Standard for Earthquake Destruction in Petrochemical Engineering (SH/T 3135 - 2003 )", and corresponding damage assessment methods of industrial equipment in daily use, and the research achievement of industrial equipment seismic capability, seismic disaster analysis and equipment damage after earthquakes at home and abroad,reasonable and scientific classification standards of earthquake damage to each kind of industrial equipment are provided.
