分析了公共就业规模优化分配与地方政府职能转变的适应性关系及各地方政府在公共就业规模优化分配中的博弈行为,设计了基于效率和讨价还价博弈的公共就业规模优化分配模型。实际应用表明,此优化分配模型具有一定的可行性和合理性。
This paper analyzes adaptability relationship between the optimal allocation of public employment scale and transformation of government functions and the game behavior on the optimal allocation of public employment scale. It designs optimal allocation model based on efficiency and bargaining game. The practical application indicates that the optimal allocation model has a certain feasibility and rationality.
