通过球磨工艺制备玻璃/硅胶复合光扩散微粉,进行平均粒度、XRD、SEM分析并测试反射率。结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,复合粉的平均粒径降低,XRD弥散衍射峰稍微变宽,反射率降低;随着复合粉中玻璃含量的增大,平均粒径降低,xRD弥散衍射峰增宽,吸收率增高;通过改变玻璃/硅胶的配比,可在一定范围内调整反射性能。
Glass/silicone composite powder for light diffuser used in lamp chimney was synthesized by ball milling process. The average particle size, XRD, SEM and reflectivity of the composite powder was tested and analyzed. The results show that the average particle diameter is reduced, the XRD diffuse diffraction peak is slightly wider, and the reflectivity is lower with the increasing of the milling time of the composite powder. The average particle diameter is reduced, XRD diffuse diffraction peak is broadening, and absorption rate is increased with the increase of the glass mass in the composite powder. The reflective properties can be adjusted within a certain range by changing the ratio of the glass / silica in the composite powder.
