目的：了解活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用情况,为其合理使用提供建议及参考。方法：对2013年2月使用活血化瘀类中药注射剂的病历进行回顾性统计分析,结合药物利用指数对其合理性进行评价。结果：DUI在0.9～1.1的有3种。临床使用过程中存在剂量过低、用药疗程过长、联合用药不当等不合理现象。结论：应加强对活血化瘀类中药注射剂的监管,严格该类药物使用。
英文摘要：
Objective ：To understand the usage of our promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of TCM injections and to provide suggestion and reference for the rational use of these agents. Methods：For use in February 2013, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of TCM injections of medical records were retrospectively statistical analysis, combined with drug use index to evaluate its rationality. Results ：There are only 3 kinds of drugs＇ DUI is between 0.9 to 1.1. There are some irrationality of clinical use of drugs, such as lower dosage, solvent selection, improper medication combination. Conclusion：It is should be strengthened the supervi- sion on the use of TCM injections ,strictly drug use according to the related provisions.
