Non-governmental organizations in China have been an important force in the process of AIDS prevention and treatment.During the booming of its development,there are also some barriers.The establishment of the performance evaluation system can find out the obstacles and provide guidance for the AIDS prevention and treatment.The system construction of performance evaluation for the non-governmental organizations remains in a startup phase and needs further perfection.We should identify the non-profit position,establish a multi-level professional assessment team and combine the exist model with the present situation in AIDS area.
