Civil society organizations （CSOs） have played an irreplaceable role in HIV/AIDS prevention and control. But at present, the great advantages of the participation which CSOs in China＇s HIV/AIDS prevention and control is far from being activated. As an emerging international academic hot spot, social capital has a natural fit with the growth of CS0s. This paper will analyze the dilemmas which the CSOs in HIV/AIDS prevention and control faced and explore the way to promote CSOs in HIV/AIDS prevention and control from the perspective of micro social capital. Then we can provide the reference for the sustainable development of CSOs in HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
