目的:通过实验观察大鼠心肌Cx43与心率增龄性改变,探究Cx43增龄性改变与心率之间的关系。方法:将30只大鼠按月龄分为3组,6月龄组、12月龄组和18月龄组大鼠各10只,通过免疫组化实验方法测定Cx43含量。并记录各组大鼠随年龄增长的心率,用SPSS19.0对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果:6月龄组、12月龄组和18月龄组大鼠心肌中Cx43含量逐渐降低(P〈0.01),3组大鼠心率呈下降趋势,Cx43与心率之间具有相关性(P〈0.01)。结论:随着大鼠衰老,脏腑组织器官失养,功能低下,代谢失常,心肌Cx43含量及心率增龄性下降,心肌Cx43增龄性降低亦减缓了大鼠心率。
Objective :Through the experiment to observe the characteristics of myocardial Cx43 and heart rate in rats with' age change, and the relationship between them: MethOds :30 rats were divided into three groups, the 6 -month old group, 12 -month old group and 18 - month old group, each group had 10 rats. Determination of the content of Cx43 was made by immunohistochem- ieal method and we recorded the heart rate of each rats. Statistical analysis of experimental data was made by SPSS19.0. Results: The content of Cx43 in myocardium in the rats of 6 -month old group,12 -month old group and 18 -month old group decreased with aging(P 〈 0.01 ). The heart rate of rats in the three groups was decreased and Cx43 had correlation with heart rate (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:With the aging of rats, organs failure, hypofunction, metabolic disorder and the Cx43 content in myocardium and heart rate decline and myocardial Cx43 age - related decrease also slows the heart rate of the rat.
