在高转速的条件下,步进电机运行过程中可能出现失步或过冲现象。本文根据步进电机工作原理,设计了一种步进电机加减速控制系统,以增量式光电编码器作为步进电机的速度和位置传感器,以数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制芯片。经过系统调试,实现了对步进电机加速、匀速、减速三个阶段运动的控制。测试结果证明,系统达到了设计要求,已应用于酶联免疫分析仪中的自动装载架系统。
In the high - speed conditions, the stepper motor may appear out of step or overshoot phenomenon. Ac- cording to the working principle of stepper motor, This paper has designed an stepper motor system, which works with a stepper motor acceleration and deceleration control. The system was based on the incremental optical encoder as stepper motor speed and position sensors, and the controller chip was digital signal processor (DSP). After system -debugging, the system has accomplished the stepper motor acceleration, constant speed, deceleration control of the three stages of movement. The test results prove that the system has reached the design requirements, then have applied it to the automat- ic loading rack system in the enzyme - linked immunoassay analyzer.
