针对一种以Ⅳ型全息凹面光栅为核心元件的单色仪,为了保证仪器的光谱重建精度以提高波长准确性,通过频谱计算和理论推导对光谱重建过程中的抽样间距、光谱半高宽、探测器的光敏单元宽度和灵敏度常数等影响因素进行了分析,讨论了它们的取值关系对系统能否满足抽样定理的影响,得到了抽样间距与光敏单元宽度的合理取值区域,并应用在该型单色仪的设计实例中,为同类结构的单色仪提供了准确重建光谱的思路与方法。
Focusing on a kind of monochromator which uses type IV holographic concave grating as core element, in order to ensure the precision of spectra reconstruction and accuracy of wavelength, through spectrum calculating and theoretical derivation, this paper analyses the influencing factors of spectra reconstruction in the instrument, such as integral interval, full width half maximum of spectra line, photosensitive width and sensitivity constant of detector and so on. Through discussing about the influence of these factors on the system, whether it could fulfill the sampling theorem, this paper gets the reasonable value area of integral interval and photosensitive width and application instances in the design of monochromator and provides a kind of thought and method about accurate spectra reconstruction for similar monochromator.
