单光子计数系统利用微弱光照射下光子探测器输出电信号自然离散的特点,采用脉冲甄别技术和数字计数技术把极其弱的信号-/7,~'1并提取出来。为了深入地讨论和分析单光子计数系统,在此分析了单光子计数系统中采用脉冲幅度甄别器和光子计数器测量光子数的工作原理,讨论了可能影响实验测量精度及产生误差的原因,运用Matlab软件拟合实验数据曲线。从而加深了对光子数分布的理解,掌握了光子计数基本原理。
Single photon counting system can recognize and extract weak light signals by pulse discrimination and digital counting technologies, based on the characteristic that photon detector outputs discrete electronic signals under weak irradiation. To discuss and analyze single photon counting system deeply and thoroughly, the working principle of using the impulse amplitude analyzer and photon counter in single photon counting system to measure number of photons is analyzed. The causes which possi- blly affect the accuracy and result in error are discussed. The curves of the experimental data are fitted with the software Matlab.
