为了保证全自动酶免仪孵育模块中的酶免反应在接近人体体温的环境中进行,建立了温度无超调的控制系统。由于控制过程中参数变化较大,难以建立精确的数学模型,导致传统PID算法难以兼顾快速性和稳定性,利用模糊自适应PID算法,根据误差和误差变化率对温度进行调节,解决了快速性和稳定性的矛盾。试验表明,用模糊自适应PID算法对温度进行控制,达到了系统的要求,并且对其有很好的调节能力,鲁棒性好。
In order to keep the enzyme reaction in automatic enzyme immunoassay instrument incubation unit carry out in the environment that close to body′s temperature,the temperature without overshoot control system is established. Due to big pa-rameter variation during the control process,it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model. So it is difficult for traditional PID algorithm to take both rapidity and stability into account. The contradiction between rapidity and stability is solved according to the error and error change rate of temperature by Fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm. Test result shows that using fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm to control the temperature can reach the requirements of the system. It has good adjustment ability and good ro-bustness.
