中国管理学组织的情境化研究应该发展出能够反映中国独有现象的新概念.在概念的测量工具开发过程中,要扎根于中国本土现象,采用适合于中国情境的测量方法.在构建变量间关系时,应引入能够反映中国情境特征的调节变量或中介变量;在推理假设所用的逻辑方面,应真正反映出中国人独有的文化、价值观和行为模式,可采用儒家学说等中国传统文化或哲学思想作为论证的基础.
One of the major missions of management and organization research in China is to com- prehend the inherent discipline of Chinese management and organization phenomena. Grounded in Chi- na context the current studies develop the valid measures for the adapted or developed constructs. The studies introduce relationships with new concepts, or introducing mediators/moderators that can grasp the uniqueness of Chinese context. They also introduce conceptual or theoretical logics (e. g. , Confu- cianism) that were developed from or embedded in Chinese context. To conclude, we propose some methods for contextualized theory-building and discuss the implications for future contextualized man- agement and organization research related to China.
