利用机械合金化方法成功地制备出Ti—Zr二元纳米合金,并研究了退火温度对Ti—Zr二元纳米合金晶粒度的影响。在400%以下对Ti—Zr二元纳米合金进行了退火处理,样品的XRD物相分析和TEM形貌及微观结构分析表明,Ti—Zr二元纳米合金没有生成新物相,随着退火温度的升高,晶粒度增大不明显,Ti—Zr二元合金仍属于纳米结构。
Having succeeded in the synthesis of Ti-Zr binary nanoalloys by mechanical alloying method, the influence of annealing temperature on the grain size of the alloys is studied in this paper. In the range of temperature (below 400℃ ), the Ti-Zr binary nanoalloys is annealed, then annealed samples phases are analyzed by XRD,morphology and micro-structural by TEM. The results show that no new phase appears, the grain size of the product changes very little as the annealing temperature increased,Ti-Zr binary nanoalloys is still nano alloys.
