由主分馏塔和吸收稳定系统构成的分离系统内部联系比较紧密,同时系统内部存在多个操作变量,可以对这些变量进行优化调整来全面地降低系统的能耗。利用流程模拟软件UniSim Design对某石化厂160万吨/年催化裂化装置的分离系统进行稳态和动态的流程模拟。利用稳态模型,以能耗最小为优化目标,以产品质量指标为约束条件对分离系统内多个变量进行操作优化。利用动态模型作为虚拟装置,通过以质量指标作为被控变量的常规控制改变设定值的方法将优化结果予以动态实现,通过对比发现,为了平稳地实现优化结果并保证质量指标不超限,应该将优化结果分阶段实现。
There is close connection between the variables in the separation system in FCCU including main fractionator and absorption-stabilization system.The several operation variables in the separation system can be optimized to decrease the energy cost.The steady and dynamic process simulation of FCCU separation system with 1.6 Mt/a feedrate are established with UniSim Design software developed by Honeywell Co.For the goal of minimization of energy cost,the optimization of several operation variables is done on the basis of steady state model while satisfying the product quality restriction.And then the result above is realized by the means of regular quality controller on the dynamic simulator.Through experiments,it shows that implement divided into several times will guarantee steady running and no products quality exceed limits.
