采用基于非线性微分一代数方程的自适应状态观测器对催化裂化装置的油品产率、催化剂循环量等不可测变量进行在线估计。如果非线性微分一代数系统在工作点附近的线性化系统可观,则可以通过线性化系统的极点配置在线选取合适的状态观测器反馈增益阵,以实现能在较大范围内稳定工作的自适应状态观测器。可观性分析和观测器仿真表明,如果存在模型参数不确定性,通过增加温度测点,可以保证系统可观性并且观测器对催化裂化装置提升管反应器的不可测变量的观测结果能够稳定收敛到真值并具有较好的动态性能。
An adaptive state observer based on nonlinear differential-algebraic system was used to estimate the unmeasurable variables including oil yields and catalyst circulation rate of FCCU. If the linearized system of original nonlinear differential-algebraic system on current operating point was observable, the appropriate feedback gain matrix could be obtained on-line by pole assignment of the linearized system to achieve an adaptive state observer which could run in a wide range. The observability analysis and observer simulation showed that, if there existed uncertainty of model parameters, through adding additional temperature sensors on FCCU riser, the observability could be ensured and an observer with good dynamic performance could be constructed, its estimated values could converge to the actual values for those unmeasurable variables.
