National ideology security is an important part of contemporary China＇s nation security. The challenge faced by the contemporary China＇s ideology security is that non-socialist ideologies compete for ideological discourse power, which is reflected in the competition of ideology and ideology transmission approach. The causes of ideology security issues of contemporary China includes the objective and the subjective reasons. The former includes the international environment of globalization and the domestic environment of reform and opening up, and the latter includes the lack of competition sense, the less condensing of core value and the weakening of political logic of ideology. Xi Jinping puts forward the construction strategy of ideology security, which is known as ＂Paying Equal Attention to Tao and Qi＂, includes strengthening of the competition sense, producing of the socialist core value and constructing of the general propaganda.
