以水稻为主食可为日常活动提供热量和蛋白质,同时避免过多食用动物性食物,从而预防某些慢性疾病的发生。功能性水稻除具有一般水稻的特性外,还具有保健和辅助治疗的功能,可满足不同消费群体的需求。现对功能性水稻的研究进展和开发策略进行简单总结,同时对功能性水稻的前景进行展望。
As staple food, rice provides energy and protein for our daily activities, and prevents some chronic diseases by partial substitution of animal food. Functional rice possesses the functions of improving body health and adjunctive therapy for some diseases, meeting requirements from various consumer groups. In this review, the research advances and development strategies of functional rice are summarized, and its application potential is also discussed.
