采用荧光光谱法研究了葫芦[5]脲和白屈菜红碱的包和作用.结果表明,葫芦[5]脲和白屈菜红碱可形成1∶1稳定的包合物,表观包合常数为1.23×104M-1.据此建立了水溶液中高灵敏度测定白屈菜红碱的荧光光谱法.在最佳条件下得到其线性范围为1.0 ng.mL-1~1400 ng.mL-1,检出限为0.28ng.mL-1.该方法成功地用于尿液和血浆中白屈菜红碱的测定,平均回收率为102.1%和101.6%,S.D低于2.0%.
The inclusion interaction of chelerythrine(CHE) and cucurbit[5]uril(CB[5]) has been studied by spectrofluorimetry.CB[5] was found to interact with CHE to produce stable inclusion complex and the fluorescence intensity of the complex was enhanced.A 1∶1 stoichiometry of the complex has been determined from fluorescence data obtained by Benesi-Hildebrand′s method(double reciprocal plots),and the apparent association constant of the complex was 1.23×104 M-1.Based on inclusion interaction,a spectrofluorimetric method with high sensitivity was developed for the determination of CHE in aqueous solution.At the optimum reaction condition,the rectilinear calibration graphs were obtained in the concentration range of 1.0ng·mL-1~1 400 ng·mL-1 and the detection limit was 0.28 ng·mL-1.The proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of the drug in human urine and serum samples.
