吉林农业科技学院食品质量与安全专业是2005年经教育部批准的新增本科专业,在专业建设方面处于起步阶段。本文结合学院自身特点和发展方向,本着“实基础、宽知识、强能力、具创新、高素质”的原则,在人才培养模式、课程体系、实验室及师资队伍建设等方面进行了理论研究和实践探索,努力培养适应21世纪社会经济和学科发展需要的德、智、体、美全面发展的食品安全领域高级应用型、复合型技术人才。
The subject of Food Safety and Quality in Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology College, founded in 2005, was on the initial step of development. In this essay, further theoretic and practical researches, combined with college developing feature and direction, were set up on the respects of talents cultivation, course system establishment, laboratory designation and teachers training in order to culture senior apply - type and compound talents in subject of food safety and quality applied to economy and technology developing of 21st century.
