本文简要介绍了5S管理理念,分析了目前应用型本科高校兽医实验室管理中存在的问题。针对存在的问题,提出在仪器设备、低值易耗品、标本、毒种、实验动物、文件、实验室环境以及人员管理等方面推行5S管理理念,以期进一步加强和改善兽医实验室的管理水平。
英文摘要：
This paper describes the concept of 5S management and it analyzes existing problems with routine manage- ment of veterinary laboratories at applied colleges. In response to these problems, the concept of ＂5S management＂ was implemented in terms of managing instruments and equipment, inexpensive consumables, specimens, viruses, laboratory animals, documents, laboratory conditions, and personnel in a veterinary laboratory. The present study should help to enhance and improve the management of veterinary laboratories.
