合肥市社区卫生服务机构发展现况分析

目的了解合肥市社区卫生服务(CHS)机构发展现况及缺陷。方法问卷调查合肥市115所CHS机构的建立时间、经营方式、业务用房来源及面积、科室设置、药品种数、工作人员数等。结果CHS中心和站平均服务半径为3.8km和1.8km;平均业务用房面积分别为1359m^2和175m^2;平均有卫生技术人员29.4人和6.0人。大多数CHS机构被列为医保定点单位;CHS中心平均提供西药和中成药471种,CHS站平均提供411种;CHS中心平均设置床位30张,CHS站平均设置观察病床3、7张。结论CHS中心(站)的工作人员数、床位数、药品品种和数量等均达标;但需加强网络构建,完善“六位一体”服务功能,加强对民营或私营CHS机构的监管。

英文摘要:

Objective To know the present developing situation and the defects of the community health service (CHS) institutions in Hefei city. Methods Questionnaires were conducted on the establishing time, running mode, origin and areas of business rooms, professional department construction, numbers of drug sorts and the number of the staff in selected 115 CHS institutions in Hefei city. Results The average serving radius by the CHS center and station were 3. 8 kilometer and 1. 8 kilometers respectively. The average number of health technical personnel of CHS centers and stations were 29. 4 and 6. 0 people. The majority of the CHS institutions were in the fixed - unit for the medicine guarantee. The average numbers of drugs were 471 sorts and 411 sorts provided by the CHS centers and stations respectively. There are averagely 30 beds in the CHS centers and 3. 7 observing beds in stations. Conclusion The Staff number, bed number and sorts and quantity of drugs in CHS institutions are already up to the standard. However the construction of CHS network should be strengthened; and an integration of six respects service function should be improved. And the supervision and management for the CHS institutions operated individually or privately should be enhanced too.
