基于不同类型弱碱性阴离子树脂对富马酸和葡萄糖的静态吸附特性,筛选获得适于发酵液中富马酸分离的D301树脂,并对其吸附热力学和吸附动力学进行研究。结果表明:D301树脂吸附富马酸的过程符合Freundlich方程,吸附过程是自发、放热的物理吸附,降低温度有利于吸附的进行;pH为3和4时液膜扩散是吸附过程的主要控制步骤,pH为5时粒内扩散为主要控制步骤。
Based on the static adsorption properties of different types of the weak base anion exchange resins to fumaric acid and glucose,the suitable resin to separate fumaric acid from the fermentation broth was screened.Adsorption thermodynamics and dynamics of the selected D301 resin were investigated.The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium of D301 resin to fumaric acid was in agreement with that of the Freundlich equation.The adsorption process was spontaneous and exothermic.The decreased temperature was beneficial to the process.Besides,at the pH value of 3 and 4,the adsorption kinetics of D301 resin was mainly controlled by liquid membrane diffusion.However,when the pH value of fumaric acid solution was 5,the adsorption kinetics of D301 resin was mainly controlled by intra-particle diffusion.
