根据热传导理论、弹性力学变分原理及热应力理论,并考虑了切刀材料热物理参数随温度的变化,建立了切刀切削的温度场模型。结合Solidworks和Ansys软件,对掘进参数和切刀几何参数对切刀在切削过程中的热一应力耦合问题以及掘进参数和切刀几何参数对切刀的温度场和热一应力耦合场分布的影响进行了研究。结果表明:切削速度、切深以及切刀前角都对盾构切刀切削温度和应力有影响,切削速度、切刀前角的增加,都会使切削温度和应力增加;切削速度升高,切刀刀面、后刀面温度和应力变化不同,前刀面减小,后刀面增加。
On the basis of heat conduction theory,variational principles in elasticity and thermal stress theory,it takes the changes of thermo-physical parameters with temperature into consideration, and the cutting temperature field model of cutter was established. Combined with SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS, the problems of thermal-stress coupling of cutter under the effect of tunneUing parameters and cutter geometric parameters in the tunnelling process , the cutter temperature and thermal- stress distribution of coupling fields were studied. The results shows that: cutting speed, penetration and rake angle have an impact on the temperature and stress, when rising penetration and rake angle, the temperature and stress of cutter increase, while rising cutting speed, the change of temperature and stress in rake face and rear face are different, increasing in rear face and decreasing in rake face.
