为了研究盘形滚刀刀圈轧制成形规律,利用塑性成形软件建立了盘形滚刀刀圈轧制成形有限元模型。利用仿真模型对滚刀刀圈轧制过程进行了模拟,得到了刀圈轧制过程中几何形状、温度、等效应力参数,并将模拟结果与试验数据相对比。结果表明:本文建立的盘形滚刀刀圈轧制模型是可行的,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。
In order to study the rolling forming law of the disc cutter ring, the finite element model of the disc cutter ring rolling forming was established by plastic forming software. The rolling process of the disc cutter ring was simulated by the simulation model. The geometric shape, temperature and equivalent stress parameters of the cutter ring in the rolling process were obtained. The simulation results were compared with the experimental data. The results show that, the created rolling m odel of the disc cutter ring is feasible, and the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
