为了研究不同类型(软岩-硬岩,高孔隙率-低孔隙率)岩石饱水情况下全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)盘形滚刀的切削特性,选用砂岩、花岗岩、板岩、石灰华、混凝土5种岩石开展干燥条件与饱水条件下的滚刀切削破碎试验和破碎块筛分实验,并利用三向力传感器对侵入过程中的侵入力进行测定.对比分析滚刀切削过程的侵入力-侵深曲线、破碎块特征以及破碎比能耗等规律.试验结果表明:饱水后岩石强度下降6%~27%;饱水后岩石侵入系数较干燥条件下的降幅与岩石吸水率呈正相关性,Pearson相关系数为0.957;混凝土和石灰华干燥条件下瞬间破碎,而在饱水条件下抑制了裂纹的扩展;饱水后岩石破碎块度增大,硬岩在饱水后的破岩量下降,软岩破岩量增加;饱水后硬岩破碎的比能耗下降明显,平均下降37.8%,软岩的破碎比能耗上升,其中混凝土饱水后比能耗升高20%,石灰华升高81.6%.
In order to analyze the tunneling boring machine disc cutter penetration features of differenttypes of rock (hard-soft, high porosity-low porosity) under saturate condition, five kinds of drrock samples (sandstone, granite, slate, travertine, concrete) were chosen to conduct they/saturatedsc cutterpenetration test and broken rock slag screening experiment. Force sensors were used to invade the invasionforce. Characteristics of load-penetration curve, broken pieces as well as the energy consumption wereanalyzed. Test results show that the rock strength was reduced 6%-27% after saturated. The decreasingrange of invasion coefficient between saturated and dry was positive correlation with water absorption, andthe Pearson correlation coefficient was 0. 957. Water inhibited the crack propagation of travertine andconcrete, while under dry condition crack broken in instant. Rock breakage degree was increased aftersaturated, the amount of hard rock broken piece after saturated dropped, soft rock was increased. Hardrock specific energy decreased 37.8~ after saturated, while soft was increased after saturated, travertineand concrete specific energy increased 81.6% and 20 % respectively.
