为达到水位快速实时跟踪设定值并维持锅炉实时水位不超出公差允许范围的目的,采用模糊控制算法实现了锅炉水位的最佳实时控制.在构建锅炉给水系统并建立锅炉水位调节数学模型的基础上,对整个工业锅炉给水控制系统进行了仿真.仿真结果表明:模糊控制相比于传统PI(proportional integral)控制,水位调节可快速响应,并具有良好的动静态性能,从而保证了锅炉能够安全、可靠、有效地运行.
In order to achieve rapid real-time tracking of the set water level and maintain real-time water level within the permissible tolerances,fuzzy control algorithm is adopted and realized the best real-time control for water level of boiler.Based on building of the boiler feed water system and the establishment of its mathematical models,control system simulation of industrial boiler feed water is executed.Compared with the traditional PI control,the simulation results show that the water level adjusting responds quickly,and has good dynamic and static performance.This ensures that the boiler operates safely,reliably and effectively.
