类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种由T细胞介导的自身免疫性疾病,T细胞过度活化是其免疫反应的重要始动环节,其确切病因和发病机制迄今仍未完全明了。近年来的研究表明,共刺激分子在免疫调节中发挥着重要作用,程序性死亡因子1及其配体作为T细胞活化的关键负性共刺激分子,在RA病理发生发展过程中具有重要意义。故综述近年来关于PD-1/PD-L1信号通路在RA病理机制中的相关研究进展,为艾灸治疗RA的作用机制提供新的研究思路。
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a kind of autoimmune diseases mediated by T cell. Excessive activation of T cells is one of the important initiating in the immune response, but its exact etiology and pathogenesis is still not fully understood. In recent years, research has shown that a total of stimulating molecules play an important role in the immune regulation. Programmed cell death-1 and its ligands as the key negative regulation molecule for T cell activation, Which plays an important role in the process of RA pathology. This paper reviewed about the research progress of PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathways on RA pathogenesis. It will provide a new idea for the study of moxibustion for treatment of RA.
