目的探讨不同灸法艾灸血清对类风湿关节炎(RA)滑膜成纤维细胞的影响,揭示不同艾灸方法对实验性RA抗炎效应的作用机制。方法用直接灸、温和灸、隔姜灸三种不同艾灸方法刺激实验性RA大鼠"肾俞"、"足三里"穴,收集血清,用艾灸血清作用于大鼠RA滑膜成纤维细胞,倒置显微镜观察各细胞形态。结果不同灸法"艾灸血清"培养RA模型大鼠膝关节滑膜成纤维细胞48h后,RA滑膜成纤维细胞状态变好,其形态逐渐接近于正常滑膜成纤维细胞,其中以隔姜灸组最为明显。结论艾灸治疗有改善病理性炎性滑膜成纤维细胞生长状态,可起到促进其向正常化转归的作用,不同灸法中以隔姜灸法治疗效果最为明显。
Objective To study the effect of different moxibustion serum on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)synovial fibroblasts and explore the mechanism of different moxibustion methods in treatment of experimental RA.Methods Direct moxibustion,warm-moxibustion and ginger moxibustion methods were employed to stimulate the"Shenshu"(BL23)and"Zusanli"(ST36)regions of experimental RA rats.The serum of experimental RA rats was collected and used to culture RA synovial cells.Cell morphology was observed and recorded using inverted microscopy.Results The morphology of RA synovial cells was gradually approach to normal synovial fibroblasts after culturing with different moxibustional serum for 48 h.The ginger-partitioned moxibustion group had the most significant changes.Conclusion Moxibustional treatment can improve the RA synovial cell growth state and promote the RA synovial fibroblasts recovery.The ginger group has the most obvious effect.
