通过2个两跨部分充填混凝土钢箱连续梁和1个钢箱连续梁模型在两个集中力作用下的试验,研究其变形发展及破坏过程。试验结果表明,部分充填混凝土钢箱连续梁模型与钢箱连续梁模型相比,弹性承载能力提高45%,极限承载力提高90%,延性增大8倍。利用ANSYS对部分充填混凝土钢箱连续梁受力行为进行了非线性有限元分析,分析结果与试验实测结果吻合良好,验证了计算模型的有效性,利用有限元模型参数分析表明增大受拉区翼板厚度对承载力效果最优。
In the tests of 2 two-span continuous concrete partially filled steel box beams (CCPFSBB) and a two-span continuous steel box beam (CSBB) subjected two forces, the deformation and failure pattern of the beams were studied. The results showed that the elastic loading capacity and ultimate loading capacity of CCPFSBB model were 45% and 90% larger than those of CSBB model respectively, and the ductility also increased about 8 times. Non- linear FEA of the mechanical behavior of the CCPFSBB was conducted with ANSYS. The an- alytic results agreed with the test results, and the analytic FEM model was verified. The par- ametric analysis was carried out using the FEA model. The results showed that the optimal effect on improving the capacity was increasing the flange plate thickness.
