为研究部分充填式钢箱-混凝土组合梁负弯矩区的力学性能,完成了两根简支组合梁的反向静力加载试验。测试了各级荷载作用下试件各截面的应变分布、变形、混凝土面板的裂缝分布以及极限承载力等。试验结果表明:混凝土翼板配筋率对钢箱组合梁的受力性能有很大影响,配筋率增加1%,钢箱组合梁的极限承载力提高38.8%。通过对组合梁挠度理论计算值和实验值的比较,分析了相对滑移对挠度的影响。通过对组合梁抗弯承载力的分析,确定采用0.2 mm宽的裂缝对应的承载力作为部分充填式钢箱混凝土组合梁正常使用状态下的承载力是安全的。
In order to study the mechanical performance of concrete-partial-filled steel box composite beams in the negative moment regions,two beams with reverse static load conditions under negative moments were tested. Tests were made of the strain distribution of each section,the deformation,the distribution of crack in the concrete slabs and the ultimate bearing capacities of these experimental specimens. Experiments show that reinforcement ratio has a great influence on the mechanical performance of a steel box composite beam,when the reinforcement ratio increased by 1%,the ultimate bearing capacity of the steel box composite increased by38. 8% accordingly. Based on the comparison of theoretical calculation values and experimental values of composite beams deflections,the influence of relative slipping on deflection were analyzed. Through the analysis of the bending capacity of composite beams,it is found that the determination is very safe by taking 0. 2 mm as the part of a filling type crack width corresponding to the load under the normal use of the bearing capacity of steel box concrete composite beams.
