针对目前高校中软件专业人才培养存在的专业能力和岗位能力的＂错位＂现象,在＂互联网＋＂、创新创业教育导向下,提出了基于Java技术支撑下的软件专业课程体系,着重培养实用型、技能型软件人才的两个关键职业能力。在课程设置方案的构建过程中,明确了以模拟公司制教学、企业项目整周实训及软件工作室培养方式相结合的＂三位一体＂软件人才培养模式,通过教学实践证明该模式是行之有效的。

In addition, the existing dislocation of professional ability and job ability in the talent development efforts of software engineering in colleges, it proposes software engineering curriculum based on Java technology oriented by lnternet＋ and the edu- cation of enterprise and innovation, and the students focus on two key abilities of practical and skilI~hl software personnel. In the process of curriculum provision construction, it puts forward a ＂trinity mode＂, that is the combination of simulation corporations teaching, week enterprise project training and training model of software studio. The practices have shown that model is effective.
