用半径较小的Gd3+替代Pr3+,制备出多晶样品Pr0.5-)GdxSr0.5MnO3(x=0,0.1),对样品进行了结构和磁性的分析。结果表明,样品的单相性很好。通过超导量子磁强计(SQUID)对其磁性进行测量可知,随着温度的降低样品都经历了两次磁转变,从高温顺磁态转变为中间铁磁态最后在低温下转变为反铁磁态,并且在T2D与T3D之间,样品呈现顺磁铁磁混合态。通过对比发现,掺Gd后导致样品的居里温度降低,奈尔温度升高。
By the substitution of smaller ionic radius Gd3+ for Pr3+ , polyerystalline sample Pr0. 5-x Gdx Sr0. 5 MnO3 (x = 0, 0. 1 ) was prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. Research shows that the samples axe in single phase with the space group Pbnm symmetry with X - ray. Magnetic properties have been studied by SQUID. With temperature decreases, the sample goes through two magnetic transition, from the high - temperature paramagnetic transition to ferromagnetic state, finally to the antiferromagnetic state in the low temperature, and the samples exhibit paramagnetic - ferromagnetic mixed state be- tween T3D and T3D. By contrast, Gd - doping leads to the decrease of Curie temperature and the rise of Nair temperature.
