用固相反应法制备了 La1.3-x Gdx Sr1.7 Mn2 O 7(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.2)多晶样品,研究该样品的电磁特性.研究结果表明:随着 Gd 的掺入,样品铁磁性减弱导致磁化强度、二维磁转变温度和三维磁转变温度都随之降低,在低温下有自旋玻璃态出现;样品的金属-绝缘体转变温度降低,电阻率增大.可见由于 Gd 掺杂导致晶格失配,减弱了双交换作用.对 La1.3-x Gdx Sr1.7 Mn2 O 7(x=0,0.2)多晶样品高温部分的ρ-T 曲线拟合发现,样品在高温部分的导电方式符合小极化子模型.
The samples La1 .3 -x Gdx Sr1 .7 Mn2 O 7 (x =0,0.05,0.1,0.2)were prepared by the traditional solid-state reaction,and their magnetic and electrical properties were investigated.With the La3 + substitu-ting by Gd3 + ,the magnetization,2D magnetic transition temperature,and 3D magnetic transition tempera-ture are both reduced.The spin-glass behavior is observed at the low temperature.In addition,the metal-insulator transition temperature reduces as well as the resistance increases.These effects are attributed to the lattice distortion due to the substitution of thesmaller Gd3 + .Besides,it can be seen from the fittedρ-T curves that La1 .3 -x Gdx Sr1 .7 Mn2 O 7 (x = 0,0.2 )in high temperature range is in accordance with small polaron mode range hopping conduction.
